By submitting your device for repair at Sai Enterprises you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

Repair costs are estimates and final repair costs will be confirmed before proceeding with any work. Additional charges may apply if unforeseen issues are discovered during the repair process.

Customer consent is required before commencement with any repairs. Once approved, you are responsible for the full payment of the agreed-upon repair costs.

Sai Enterprises is not responsible for any data loss during the repair process. It is recommended to back up your data before submitting your device.

Devices left unclaimed for more than 45 days after repair completion may be considered abandoned. Sai Enterprises reserves the right to dispose of such devices.

You acknowledge that the repair process involves handling sensitive electronic components, and there is a risk of damage to the computer or its peripherals.

Sai Enterprises retains the right to keep any parts or components replaced during the repair process.

We offer only one week warranty on the parts and services provided.
